Facebook business page messaging is the preferred method of communication for many customers. Now, agents can read and respond to these chats directly from the 3CX Android app without logging in to Facebook.
Business Text Messaging with SMS Integration
That’s right! You can now send and receive SMS messages via the 3CX app. Give out your business number and text customers from your device without the need to reveal personal numbers or use additional SIM cards.
